In an effort to expand the city’s tourism scene, Philadelphia’s One Liberty Place will open an interior observation deck on the 57th Floor of the building, with a private access elevator and on floor dining. In partnership with parent company, Hatzel & Buehler, Inc., Bluestone Communications, will install all low voltage communications cabling throughout the space. Hatzel & Buehler will install high tech LED lighting throughout the space.
