Bluestone Communications, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has acquired the assets of Tricomm Services Corporation. Tricomm was founded in 1981. Led by owner Joe Walsh and the senior leadership team, Tricomm became a leading provider of telecommunication services throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Tricomm has successfully completed a variety of projects, and over the years the company has established long-term relationships with various blue-chip clients, including Atlantic City Electric, PSE&G, and NJM Insurance. With the sale to Bluestone, Tricomm’s leadership team has found a strong partner that will continue the company’s excellent legacy established over the past 40+ years, ensuring that their many clients will continue to receive the same high-level of service they are accustomed to while also gaining access to an expanded list of technology service offerings.
The acquisition of Tricomm will support Bluestone’s continued growth in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as we work to deepen our relationships with a growing list of valued clients, and will further solidify Bluestone’s position as the premier provider of technology services in the tri-state area.
