The Ryan Seacrest Foundation selected The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) as a site for ‘The Voice’ – an interactive broadcast multi-media studio, providing patients with an outlet to engage in activities related to radio, TV and news media. Inside the studio, patients get the opportunity to broadcast like a disc jockey, play their favorite songs, watch live performances and interview celebrities.
Bluestone Communications partnered with The Ryan Seacrest Foundation to conceptualize, design and install the state-of-the-art multi-media Broadcast studio (‘The Voice’), located in the lobby of the Main Hospital building. During the engineering phase, Bluestone successfully married design and functionality to create a fully operational system with associated installation drawings. Bluestone technicians developed a user friendly, graphical interface for the CHOP end users. The final phase included the system installation, commissioning, testing and training.
