In an ongoing effort to enhance the University’s Public Safety operations, Drexel University recently installed strategically placed Emergency telephones and cameras. Emergency telephones automatically contact Drexel University’s Public Safety Department and indicate the caller’s exact location. Many of the emergency telephones are illuminated by blue lights making them highly visible.
Bluestone’s dedicated Outside Plant Installation team was engaged by Drexel to install a 2 ½ mile aerial 288-strand fiber cable along the outside perimeter of the Drexel Campus. This cable was installed as part of Drexel’s campus-wide Emergency Telephone and Camera system.
