Hatzel & Buehler, Bluestone Communications and Blue Sky Controls’ were awarded the Iovance Biotherapeutics Commercial Manufacturing Project at the Philadelphia Navy Yard – a 136,000 square foot facility. The teams’ overall scope of work included the installation of a complete electrical infrastructure to support clean room facilities, labs, future manufacturing capabilities, and a large high-end office space. Our Electricians and Technicians installed all new normal and emergency distribution power, generators, ATS, UPS, mechanical power, VFDs, branch power, fire alarm, lighting, and lighting controls.
