Bluestone Communications recently completed a multi-story network project that consisted of (980) Category: 5e. The DMARC was extended from the basement to the 16th floor MDF through a 6 Strand Fiber for Primary and Secondary Carriers and a 25 pair Category: 5e cable was installed for POTS Lines. The IDF and MDF were connected through a 24 strand fiber and 25 pair Category: 5e copper cables. A Sound Masking System was installed that consisted of (10) OP’s and (183) Speakers. Twenty Nine (29) network drops and WAP’s were installed for seamless wall to wall 802.11 coverage.
