Bluestone has a team exclusively dedicated to and trained in Fiber Optics, who can be accessed 24/7, in the event of a Fiber Outage or other related Emergency Situation. Bluestone Technicians can provide Field Installable Connectors and Mechanical Connectors, and are proficient in single and mass fusion splicing. They have experience with pigtail splicing, transition splices and all types of outside plant splicing (ie: aerial, underground). The Fiber Optic team can partner with ITMS groups to evaluate and implement designs. The technicians also have experience working with Long Haul providers performing build-outs, ring cuts and final testing. The Bluestone Fiber Optic Team is Corning, Commscope, AFL and BICSI certified.
