Bluestone Communications was selected to handle the low voltage densification requirements for the furniture additions within the Novo Nordisk US Headquarters building in Plainsboro, NJ. Bluestone Communications was responsible for the removal and reinstallation of existing and new cabling, to allow for furniture changes within each phase of this project through completion. The overall project required the installation or rework of 1,600 cables throughout fourteen phases carried out over an eight month schedule. Novo Nordisk also added a conference center within their Headquarters, for which Bluestone installed horizontal cabling for wireless access points, and data locations throughout twelve conference rooms and open area workspaces. Bluestone also worked for the security integrator on this project installing the access control and CCTV cabling and devices, and provided final commissioning support to the integrator, during the system startup.
