Bluestone Communications was subcontracted through an Audio Visual integrator to perform the installation of Audio Visual systems in multiple rooms, throughout the new facility. Each room was outfitted with an Audio Visual presentation system capable of displaying computer and video media from dedicated and portable equipment. Some rooms were provided with a video conference and audio conference system with table mounted microphones. The rooms were provided with front screen projection systems and LCD displays with connections for the presenter at connection points at the conference tables. The room’s audio system provided a voice reinforcement and program reproduction system. The ceiling system was divided in zones for improved voice reinforcement performance. Control for all dedicated Audio Visual presentation equipment in each room was provided through the use of touch panels.
